Nadi Shodana – the Intermediate Series of Ashtanga Yoga

Workshop the postures of the Intermediate Series of Ashtanga Yoga. This transformational sequence combines deep back-bending, twisting, hip-opening and balancing postures designed to awaken and strengthen our entire body and nervous system. We will approach these challenging postures with awareness of alignment principles and a stable foundation of inner strength and calmness.
The Intermediate Series “Nadi Shodana” (nerve purification), cleanses the nervous system and the emotional body. The effect of the practice is energetic, known to balance the energy, gradually giving access to the central channel, Sushumna Nadi.
This workshop will inform and inspire your practice regardless of your current level. You do NOT need to be an Intermediate Series practitioner to attend. The workshop is open to all interested practitioners, except complete beginners to Ashtanga Yoga.
