Yin & Yang Yoga Workshop

11.30am – 1.30pm

In this 2 hour workshop Aaron will guide you through:

  • A dynamic, flowing & challenging Vinyasa style class which will include postures from the first 3 series of the Ashtanga Yoga method (Primary, Intermediate and Advanced A series) 
  • We will move through standing asanas, forward bends, side bends, twists, backbends, arm balances and inversions in a well planned specific manner.
  • Then we will transition into our Yin style practice and specifically target the hips & shoulders, two common areas of the body that are often tight or painful in people.
  •  To finish we practice pranayama and meditation.
