Practice 23 or more times at the studio for the month of July.

In Ashtanga Yoga we practice daily meaning one rest day per week and no practice on full moon and new moon days.

Commit to the practice 'daily' for the month of July! 

I wholeheartedly encourage regular practitioners who are currently practicing 2, 3 or 4 times a week to step up to this challenge and reap the benefits of adopting a 'daily' practice.

This is also an excellent opportunity for beginners to Ashtanga Yoga to commit to this July challenge and learn the practice step by step. You'll be supported and guided in  each class and by the end of the month you will have the wonderful gift of Ashtanga Yoga in your life! 

All you need to do to participate is sign up and practice. We'll have a sticker board at the studio to keep count and add motivation. 
Sign up in person at the studio, email or phone to book in. 

Everyone who signs up and successfully completes the challenge will receive 15% of their next monthly pass.
